SKB Remote Seal Type Pressure Transmitter is a high-performance single flange remote pressure transmitter designed for demanding process conditions where direct mounting is not suitable. It adopts a mono-silicon pressure sensor combined with a remote diaphragm seal and capillary system, allowing accurate measurement of pressure or liquid level in applications involving high temperature, high vacuum, high viscosity or crystallizing media.

In the SKB design, the process pressure is transmitted through a capillary on the high-pressure (+P) side, while the low-pressure (–P) side is open to ambient pressure. This structure provides effective thermal isolation, corrosion protection and long-term measurement stability, especially in open tanks and harsh industrial environments.

The transmitter supports fast response, remote configuration and self-diagnostics, and is compatible with HART, FF Fieldbus, PROFIBUS PA, APL and other communication protocols. SIL certification is available as an option for safety-critical applications.
