Customized Solution:
Use diaphragms made of 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy C, duplex steel, etc., as required. The inner side of the diaphragm is gold-plated before welding to the base, and can be further coated with diamond-like carbon (DLC) or sprayed with PFA as needed.
Solution Characteristics:
In chemical industry applications involving media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, or sodium hydroxide, gold plating on the inner diaphragm prevents hydrogen permeation. External diamond-like coatings or PFA spraying enhance wear resistance and corrosion protection while safeguarding the inner gold-plated layer.
